To support our growth we're looking for a team leader who motivates people, brings structure and likes to roll up their sleeves — the link between planning, warehouse and production.
Your challenge
You're responsible for the daily operation of one of our depots. For depots 1 and 3 you also coordinate the wood treatments, operationally and administratively.
- You motivate and coach a team of warehouse staff and organise the daily planning.
- You safeguard the logistics flow: receiving and checking goods, outgoing loads and transport documents.
- You process everything in real time in the ERP system and follow up wood treatments.
- You manage stock and inventories and ensure order, cleanliness and safety.
Who we're looking for
- Experience in logistics, warehouse or depot management
- Experience leading a team
- Strong organisational skills and administrative accuracy
- Hands-on, stress-resistant, with an eye for quality and safety
- Affinity with timber, building materials or production is a plus
