Who we are
The Omniplex group operates in the timber industry. Omniplex nv handles the import and export of timber; Harelbeekse Houtzagerij nv, part of the group, handles planing, sawing and treating timber.
This policy applies to Omniplex nv (BE 0455.957.408) and Harelbeekse Houtzagerij nv. As data controller, we comply with Belgian privacy law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we process via this website
When you use the contact or quote form, we process the details you enter yourself (name, company, e-mail, phone, postcode, your question and the contents of your OX-Truck). We use them solely to answer and follow up your request. They are e-mailed to our sales team and not stored on the website.
Legal basis: your consent and the pre-contractual measures you request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Cookies & local storage
This website places no tracking or advertising cookies. One functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) remembers your chosen language. The contents of your OX-Truck are stored only locally in your own browser (localStorage) so you don't lose them between visits; that information only leaves your device when you send a request yourself.
The company film is only loaded from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) after you press play.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to object. Send your request to info@omniplex.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
